Update on my May challenge,Yes I worked  out a lot more ,I made myself go more times to the gym.Eating wise I wasn’t as successful still ate out but not as much .I was also able to control my spending a little bit more I stayed to my budget.My mile time improved.So this month new month new goals.

Share your fitness goals!Double cheers it’s my birthday month so sticking to it hear goals maybe harder than I thought.

  1. My main goal is not weighing myself or taking a reading of my body fat %. Itll be hard but i know i can do it!
