Dear :Diary (homemade nachos)

A few weeks ago I had literally the most amazing nachos ever when I went on a buisness trip for work.I thought I could totally mock the recipe but little did I know I simply couldn’t. I fried flour toritallas which those were the highlight of my nachos.I grilled the steak. But unfortunately my steak was simply to dry.I had no beans or sauce and that simply was definitely needed for my nachos. I had the cheese put the nachos in the oven to broil and bam I had nachos.How did these nachos taste really dry like I mentioned t was a Kitcken fail they could of been saved if I had a sauce or even beans but they were simply to dry and salty for my preference next time l just drive to dos coyotes and order nachos to avoid any kitchen fails
